This is one of the best dessert ever. It is called 'Ah Kor Tnort' in Khmer. I dare say every Cambodian likes this, well, there is no reason to dislike this kind of delicious dessert. It is probably one of what you will miss the most when you are outside the kingdom.

The color itself is very attractive. It is usually topped with shredded mature coconut, which adds flavour to the taste of the dessert. Don't miss this when you are visiting Cambodia.
