The above photo looks somehow disgusting for some people, but it's a delicious cuisine that is quite popular in Cambodia. We call it ពោះគោទឹកប្រហុក 'Pors Kor Tek Prohok', Boiled and Steamed Beef Tripe. It is normally dipped into fermented fish paste sauce 'Tek Prohok' ទឹកប្រហុក, but some other people would prefer  bean curd sauce or tofu sauce (ទឹកតៅហ៊ូ).

Khmer Cake: Delicious Cambodian Cake, Very Popular in Cambodia. Num Ah Kour

Below are pictures of delicious num ah kour (នំអាកោរ)​ which is very popular in Cambodia. It is made in different forms, some would prefer using palm sugar to make it, making the cake look yellowish (photo #1), others would make it with coconut cream, adding a more delicious flavor to the cake. Normally, the Cambodian would add the shredded mature coconut and sesame seeds (ល្ង) as toppings and that give a better taste to the dessert.
