Below are pictures of delicious num ah kour (នំអាកោរ) which is very popular in Cambodia. It is made in different forms, some would prefer using palm sugar to make it, making the cake look yellowish (photo #1), others would make it with coconut cream, adding a more delicious flavor to the cake. Normally, the Cambodian would add the shredded mature coconut and sesame seeds (ល្ង) as toppings and that give a better taste to the dessert.
