Boiled and Steamed Beef Tripe with Fermented Fish Paste Sauce ពោះគោទឹកប្រហុក

The above photo looks somehow disgusting for some people, but it's a delicious cuisine that is quite popular in Cambodia. We call it ពោះគោទឹកប្រហុក 'Pors Kor Tek Prohok', Boiled and Steamed Beef Tripe. It is normally dipped into fermented fish paste sauce 'Tek Prohok' ទឹកប្រហុក, but some other people would prefer  bean curd sauce or tofu sauce (ទឹកតៅហ៊ូ).

All of these photos were taken at a restaurant in Svay Reang province  (name forgotten). Apparently, the food is delicious and with a very satisfactory service, affordable price, and good environment.
