People say ten years is just a blink of an eye, but for those who plant palm trees and want to make commercial use of the fruits, ten years are like forever.
The usage of palm tree is countless. From its root to the very top leaves. Cambodian people make use of everything in the palm tree. The trunk is for making a boat or pillar of the country men wooden house. The leaves are used to roof the building. Its fruit on the other hand can be used as to make dessert such as Ahkor Tnort, Bor Bor Tnort, some khmer dishes including Kor Ko Tnort.
Besides these application, the organic palm juice can be used to make palm sugar, palm wine and palm vinegar (which is fermented for 2 to 3 months).
